This time of year, the sun is very strong. Although the weather might not be hot, it is time to start applying sunscreen on yourself and your children.
If the sun is out, then you are at risk for a sunburn even if you are out for a short time. Not only should you protect your skin, but you should also protect your eyes with some good sunglasses.

Good point. Although I'm usually for buying the least expensive item that works, I did find last year that the aerosol sun screen (the one you don't have to rub in) was a godsend with the kiddos. It was so much easier to use on a squiggly 4 year old-it made it so I actually applied the stuff on a regular basis.
Oh, and don't forget to use a moisturizer with sunscreen on your face-helps to prevent wrinkles and age spots too!
