My daughter and I adore Hello Kitty. The first thing she wanted to know this morning was if we could go to the Hello Kitty store since they had today off school. No, we couldn’t go, I don’t have time today. But I might could MAKE some time to play a Hello Kitty MMORPG.

MMORPGs, for the uninitiated, are massively multiplayer roleplaying games. MMORPGs have been mostly the domain of games like World of Warcraft and City of Heroes, but they’ve been branching into more girly territory lately with things like Second Life. And now, the girliest territory of all, Hello Kitty. Hardcore guy gamers everywhere are vomiting in their shoes. Hardcore super girly gamers like me are jumping for joy.

I can’t wait until it becomes an open beta.
