As parents, we all might feel unappreciated at times. Children are not mature enough to realize everything that their parents do for them. Although it is completely normal, it could leave you wondering if anyone even notices you.

ImaNicePerson.com has a message to "To All the Mothers Who Are Building Cathedrals". I would like to include fathers too because they get their fair share of being taken for granted as well.

"I keep the right perspective when I see myself as a great builder.
As one of the people who show up at a job that they will never see
finished, to work on something that their name will never be on. The
writer of the book went so far as to say that no cathedrals could
ever be built in our lifetime because there are so few people willing
to sacrifice to that degree."

That was just a very short part of a wonderful tribute to parents. I read the whole thing and it provides a great perspective on parenting.
