Scalloped_potatoes Let’s share some favorite recipes! I tend to get stuck in a rut of making the same things over and over again. Maybe we can give each other some new ideas.

I don’t make this dish very often but it is very delicious! These scalloped potatoes have been a side dish that I have made for the past two Christmas Eve dinners. Due to copyright restrictions, I cannot print the recipe here. If you want to check out this yummy scalloped potato recipe, just click this link. Enjoy!

I would love to hear some of your recipes too!

The easiest dinner in the world around here is Sausage and Potatoes. I slice up some polish sauage, fry it up in a skillet and add some cut up potatoes that have boiled for a few minutes to make them softer. Top it off with some seasoning salt and shredded cheese! My kids love it and it works best when I only have a few minutes to get something hot on the table.

Sarah, yes I make that too! It is very good because the potatoes soak up the sausage flavor. Usually I add corn to it and the sweetness of the corn adds even more flavor. Thanks for sharing :)
