Dan Fogelberg died on December 16th, and I’m still processing it a bit. I have never been able to listen to the song "Leader Of The Band" without thinking of my own dad and getting teary eyed:

I thank you for the kindness
And the times when you got tough
And, papa, I dont think I
Said I love you near enough
You will be missed, Mr. Fogelberg.

I was very sad to hear this too. I also think of my dad when I hear Leader Of The Band. My Dad taught me the love of music at a very young age. Dan Fogelberg gave us a lot of wonderful music to remember.
