2007 hasn’t been the best year for me or my family. Still, I’m counting my blessings- things could have certainly been worse. I’m looking forward to 2008, with all the new and wonderful things it could bring. I hold a lot of hope for the next year. The beginning of 2007 felt like it would be a bad year, and it was. The beginning of 2008 feels pretty good, so far.

This next year I am praying my dad receives the kidney transplant he needs. I’m hoping my writing continues to get better and I continue to pick up more fans as time goes on. I hope to find even more awesome mommy bloggers to read and comment on. I hope to get better about commenting, ha!

Just as 2007 was the year of suck, 2008 will be the year of hope. At least, I hope so.
