I stumbled upon what I thought was a very interesting website today. It’s called How’s My Nanny.com and it caught my attention because I often wondered if people really know what is going on with their kids when they are not around.
This site helps keep your nanny on their toes…..
"HowsMyNanny.com is a service
run by a New York prosecutor who is also a mother of two. Through this
site, parents can now purchase a license plate for their strollers that
enable the public to anonymously report good or bad nanny observations.
Registered parents receive an email alerting them to the report."
It only really helps when you child and nanny are out and about but what about when they are at home?
I have had the luxury of either being home with my kids or having family watch them. I can tell you, I probably can count on one hand the number of times I’ve actually had a "babysitter" other than family watching them. When I did, I was uptight the whole time and couldn’t wait to get home.
Would you go as far as putting cameras in your house? I am interested in hearing what you think. I don’t think I’m too paranoid but I am glad that my kids are at the age where I can leave and not have to worry.

It sounds a bit like those 'How is my driving' stickers they have on the back of Lorry's and wagons.
I think it is a good idea, but as you say, it's limited to when said nanny is out and about. I know I certainly try not to shout as much when I'm out in public, lol.
our kids have only been babysat by a couple of people, and they're close family and friends. ASnd only a couple fo times. I wouldn't leave them with a relative stranger, and my mother is so busy with 3 kids still at home, and 3 businesses to run, she doesn't have the free time for herself, let alone to let us have free time, lol.
