The last couple of weeks has just been phenomenal with everyone’s comments and enthusiasm about our giveaway. As the final days approach and we get closer to a winner I wanted to tell you why we partnered with Zutano for this giveaway.
Obviously babies provide the basis for just about everything Zutano has to offer and Loveshakbaby is all about the family. Zutano has made it their mission to always be focused on the healthy growth of babies. In fact, the very founders of Zutano were loving parents that worked with their babies in snugglies so it’s no surprise that Zutano has customized a innovative maternity/paternity policy for new mothers and fathers that encourages these parents to bring their baby to work.
Zutano’s Bring Baby To Work program is available for babies up to 12 months old and is applicable for both adopted and birth children. Employees can actually have their babies in their office as they work. How cool is that? Can you imagine having your job back and not having to put junior in day care?
Founder and president of Zutano, Michael Belenky says, "In today’s stressful world, with both parents working, it is often difficult to juggle work and family life while maintaining the quality of both. But we’ve discovered that when employees are supported at home, they perform better at work and are happier about being here."
The reality is that most companies aren’t quite this accommodating and truth be told most employers don’t want a bunch of babies distracting their employees. Zutano has done a fantastic job at creating a workable environment where human support is key. A company that supports the checking of e-mail and changing a diaper? That is rare.
Now, why can’t other companies follow Zutano’s example? They are a fashionably successful company that is breaking new ground to prove that it is possible to maintain a full-time job while keeping your full-time new family close to heart! That’s just good business if you ask me!

Good for them! They also make great, sturdy clothes that have lasted through all 3 of my daughters.
