The Working Mothers Guide to Managed Chaos is one woman’s vision of a fun, informative website that speaks to working moms. Some working moms just need a place to call their own; a place where they can stop juggling, stop struggling and just enjoy "it all". Mommy Track’d is it!
Amy Keroes, working mother, was truly inspired by the idea of so many professional women opting out of the workforce to stay home and raise kids that she decided to start Mommy Track’d on behalf of the millions of women that have decided to stay home. The result is a wonderful website that not only offers Hot Topics on being a working mother, celebrity interviews about being a mom with a career, and my favorite, a very comprehensive "Survival Guide" to staying organized, staying connected, and taking care of yourself.
Liz, at Cool Mom Picks, especially loves the Reading Room book suggestions:
"They strike a good balance between fun, fluffy fiction and hard-core self-help stuff; plus books for kids about working mothers, and a truly inspiring anti-princess children’s book list."
This month, you can find Mommy Track’d organizational products in the "It’s A Girl" goodie bag give-a-way from Cool Mom Picks. Asha, at Parent Hacks, also recommends the Mommy Track’d organizational ideas for categorizing pantry and kitchen items.
With a mission to provide a helpful and entertaining resource for the all-time crunched moms managing the daily tug-of-war between work and family, this site does a fabulous job. I would say, mission accomplished!
