One of my very favorite actresses, Jennifer Garner, admits to having a hard time getting off the baby weight after her daughter, Violet, was born last year. I love the honesty coming from a natural beauty like her. According to Pregnancy Weekly, Garner says,

How many Hollywood celebrities actually take time off to "play" with their kids? Julia Roberts is another example of a celebrity mom who has taken time away from the limelight to focus on her family? The funny thing is, both of these moms are still "hot". It really is not about the baby weight, it is about loving what you are doing and doing what you love that gives any mom that look of beauty.
SheFindsMom wrote a post about a book called "How to Have a Babe and be a Babe". This book focuses on the natural beauty that a mom has during pregnancy (radiant skin, lustrous hair, full sexy figure), and gives 65 fun illustrations on how to recapture your hot-mama-hood after baby.
Jennifer Garner explains that when she was ready to spend some time getting back in shape she "got on the treadmill and stopped stuffing her face and the weight came off. She cut out croissants, bagels, and muffins (all the good stuff) and went back to having salad once a day and protein."
Now, most moms don’t have national, televised, awards, events that we need to get in shape for but there’s no reason why we can’t nurture the baby and the hot momma within!
